These Betting Rules govern all wagers placed on SLOTSPH. By placing a bet you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. The Company may amend the Rules in connection with applicable law or regulatory guidance. All outcomes are subject to official verification and the published results of the event.
Bets are accepted on the Line displayed at the moment you submit a bet. Bets must be placed before the event starts unless the market is designated as live. Bets placed after the event has begun may be treated as live bets where permitted. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it cannot be canceled or modified by the player. The Company may void bets or suspend settlement in cases of fraud, manipulation, or technical anomalies. If a bet is registered on an event where the outcome is already known at the time of bet acceptance, the bet is void and the stake is returned. The Company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet amounts for each event and bet type, and to adjust those limits without prior notice. Any bet settlement issues not resolved immediately may be addressed under the disputes framework below.
Live bets are accepted during an event only on outcomes with undetermined results. Live odds update in real time and may move between selection and acceptance, affecting potential winnings. Live bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the event; subsequent adjustments are not applied unless otherwise stated in these Rules. If official results are unavailable, the Company may settle based on its own reliable statistics. Bets on non‑participating competitors that have already had results determined are void. If a match is abandoned or not finished within 48 hours from the start, live bets may be void or settled at a neutral outcome as provided by the published policy. Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. Where an event is suspended or interrupted, the Company may determine settlement based on available information and applicable rules, and may void unsettled bets if required.
Players hold two accounts for wagering: a real balance and a bonus balance. Real funds are used for standard betting; winnings from bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance until wagering conditions are satisfied. Bets may be placed from the bonus balance only when applicable wagering terms are met. If a bonus balance is deactivated or funds are converted back to real money, the handling of unsettled bets and winnings will follow the prevailing bonus terms. When a bonus is active, it is prohibited to place bets on more than one outcome within the same market for a single event; violations may result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of winnings, and potential account restrictions. If a bet is placed from the bonus balance and the funds are subsequently wagered (converted to real money), the bet will not be settled under bonus terms.
Bets may be placed in several formats, including single selections, accumulators (multiples), system bets and conditional bets. The payout rules are as follows: Single bets are settled by multiplying the stake by the stated odds. Accumulators pay out only if all selections win; a single incorrect selection results in a loss of the entire accumulator, with payout calculated as the product of the odds for the winning selections. System bets are composed of multiple smaller bets; each component is settled separately, with winnings from each component paid accordingly. Conditional bets form a chain of bet parts; only the first (main) part is paid out, and funds for subsequent parts are drawn from the winnings of the main part. If the main part loses, all conditional legs are lost. Events from the same match may not be included in multiple or system bets; if such inclusion is detected, the affected bet may be refunded or voided in accordance with these Rules. Final odds for any listed betting type take into account event specifics, postponements, or transfers to another date, and may be adjusted accordingly.
Standard markets are presented with descriptive labels; examples include: a) Team A to win (often shown as 1), b) Draw (X), c) Team B to win (2), d) Team A to win or draw (1X), e) Team A to win or Team B to win (12), f) Team B to win or draw (X2). Handicap bets apply a specified advantage or disadvantage to balance chances, and are settled by applying the handicap to the final result. Over/Under (Total) bets relate to the aggregate goals, points or games and settle if the final result is above or below the quoted line. Correct Score and HT/FT require predicting exact scores or combined half-time and full-time results. Other markets include Highest Scoring Period, Time Interval bets and To Qualify scenarios. All settlements are conducted in decimal odds, and any market adjustments due to event postponement or format changes are handled in accordance with these Rules.
Settlements are based on official results published by the relevant governing bodies where available. If an official result is not published, the Company may settle using verifiable alternative data. Bets may be void if a market price is demonstrably incorrect or if event information is misrepresented. If an event is not completed, or if the competition name, teams or participants are incorrectly displayed, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets. In cases where event coverage is dropped, settlement will be based on the announced official result. Onsite information (such as scoreboards or live streams) is provided for guidance only and is not the basis for bet placement or settlement.
Participation is restricted to individuals who meet the applicable age requirement, and who are not otherwise prohibited by law from wagering. The Company may block or close accounts suspected of fraud, collusion, or attempts to manipulate markets. Automated betting detection, identity verification, and other security measures may be employed. Access may be restricted in accordance with applicable policy or regulatory obligation.
Contested issues such as incorrect settlements or unsettled bets must be raised within 30 days of the event's end. The Company reserves the right to re‑settle bets or correct settlements within 48 hours of discovering an error. If a payout was made in error, the Company may reclaim the payout and adjust the bettor’s account accordingly.
All settlements are calculated on decimal odds. Where information on event outcomes or results is provided by a third party or displayed onsite, such information is a guide and not determinative for bet placement. The English version of these Rules governs interpretation and application, with translations provided for convenience where available.
